Some of the most commonly occurring violations and penalties we can help with:

• Driving without a license carries a fine of $200 to $500 or imprisonment for not more than sixty days and no license issued for at least 180 days.
• Driving with a suspended carries a fine of $500, a surcharge of $250 for three years, and a six-month license suspension.
