Born and raised in New Jersey, the son of immigrant parents, Paul Da Silva is an aggressive and dedicated advocate. He is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.Paul DaSilva graduated from Rutgers University in 1993 and Touro Law School in 1996 where he distinguished himself as a member of the prestigious Moot Court Board. He worked at the Legal Aid Society of both Manhattan and Nassau County as well as the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender. After several years litigating criminal cases including the jury trials of several murder cases, Paul went to work for a prestigious boutique litigation firm in Montclair, New Jersey. During this time, he gained valuable experience in Criminal, Family and Real Estate matters throughout the State of New Jersey. The relationships developed during that time built the foundation necessary for the establishment of his own successful law firm that he started over 20 years ago. Paul is an aggressive and dedicated advocate for every client. He is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish. Personally, Paul is married with two children and in his free time enjoys tennis and hockey both as a spectator and a player.
